Six stages, each with a clear output and a defined point at which you decide whether to continue.
We do not ask you to commit to anything until you can see what it involves. A written brief after the first visit; a feasibility note with a realistic budget before any design; two design reviews; planning coordinated end to end; one named site manager through the build; and a proper handover with warranties, certificates and aftercare. It is a clear path, and you always know where you are on it.

Do you help with planning permission?
Yes. We coordinate the whole process with our architectural and planning partners, so you have one point of contact from first sketch to completion.
Can you build on a plot I already own?
Absolutely, individual plots are much of what we do. We assess the site, the brief and the constraints before recommending an approach.
How long does a new build take?
It depends on size and specification, but we give you a realistic programme before work begins and weekly written updates throughout.
